Sally Rogers

Construction Administration Specialist

Sally is the cornerstone of the organization, fiercely dedicated to resolving the critical issues of the day. She loves a good challenge, thrives on deadlines and pressure, and is always willing to learn new things. Her current focus is on cost reporting and construction administration activities.

Her indispensable experience includes working for Construction Monitoring Services, Inc., a project management firm focused primarily on public construction projects. Sally also served as financial controller for General Growth Properties on both the Natick Collection project and the Nouvelle mixed-use project.

In her spare time, Sally enjoys all forms of art, and is an accomplished dancer who stays in shape by boxing. (We always try to stay on Sally’s good side, and so do the contractors!)

Key Projects:
Harvard – North West Lab Shell/Core
Harvard – Teaching Lab at North West Labs
General Growth Properties – Nouvelle at Natick Collection

Leif Lamoray

Project Manager

Leif is a talented project manager with extensive institutional experience with clients such as Pfizer, IBM, Raytheon, and Leggett McCall Properties. Leif’s niche, thanks to completing many clean room facilities, tends to be in the high tech arena. He has also spent significant time on college campuses managing residence hall ground-up construction and renovation. Leif’s previous experience includes a stint at ADP Marshall, a nationally recognized construction management firm specializing in high-tech projects. It was here that Leif gained valuable experience as an MEP coordinator, scheduler, and purchasing agent prior to becoming a project manager. He has also worked at Dimeo Construction, and as a project manager for an architectural firm. Leif’s extensive experience in design review and coordination is invaluable during the design phase of a project.

In his spare time, Leif is a baseball historian and often tortured life-long Red Sox fan.

Key Projects:
MSCBA – Marsh Hall, Salem State College
MSCBA – Summer Renovations at Bates, Bowditch, and Peabody Halls – Salem State College
Lyophilization Services of New England - Corporate Offices and Manufacturing Plant

Vamshi Thakkallapalli

Project Manager, MEP Coordinator, Site Engineer

Vamshi wears many hats, and his role varies depending on a project’s needs. As a project manager, his focus on budget, schedule, quality, and safety paves the way for a successful project. As an MEP coordinator, Vamshi manages complicated lab, high-tech, or complex equipment installations. And as a site coordinator, Vamshi works hand in hand with subcontractors in the field to ensure efficient installation. Vamshi is also LEED certified.

Vamshi’s experience includes international construction projects. He worked on several large complex projects for Fluor, a well-respected international construction management firm, and he has formidable experience with both public and institutional clients.

If you need a paper on Electronic Simulation in Construction, then Vamshi’s your man. He’s also an accomplished chef and would be happy to swap recipes (except for his cook-off-winning chili, that’s secret of course!)

Key Projects:
Harvard – North West Lab Shell/Core
Harvard – Stem Cell and Regenerative Biology Project at Sherman Fairchild
