Lynn Stapleton

Project Executive

Lynn has over 30 years of experience in design and construction management in both the public and private sectors. She has managed projects of a variety of building types and sizes, including K-12 and higher education facilities, transportation facilities, hotels, medical office, laboratory and research buildings, police, fire and EOC dispatch centers, and numerous other public, federal, military and private projects. As a certified Owner’s Project Manager, Lynn has managed projects from due diligence to feasibility to design, pre-construction through construction and FF&E to occupancy. Her experience in program management, as part of capital planning and facilities management teams at both the University level and the K-12 District level has given Lynn an Owner’s perspective and prepared her to manage a wide spectrum of building projects in the educational realm.

Lynn is a registered architect with a background of over 20 years of practice as a design professional on projects worldwide having worked in a large Architectural, Engineering and Project Management firm. She is a LEED accredited professional, experienced and knowledgeable in sustainable building design and construction practices. Lynn also has experience in multiple construction delivery methods and Public Construction Statutes.
