Details:
LEED Gold. This project is a 34,000 square foot gut renovation of the existing Blue Wall dining facility. Project scope includes work on the concourse level, which mostly consists of dining facility upgrades and the 1st floor mechanical upgrades that will provide new supply and exhaust capacities for the renovated dining space. This new retail dining facility is designed to host 850 guests at a time and serve a variety of menu options from the newly designed 11 food stations. Dining space is designed to accommodate students that will be starting in the newly built academic building and connect to the Metawampe lawn that is expected to have landscapes upgrades in the near future. This project is planned to become the center of the student activity on campus with late serving hours and providing comfortable confines for good food combined with encouraging student interactivity thus re-energizing Lincoln Campus Center and Student Union Buildings.
