Details:
Simcere Innovation, a subsidiary of the Chinese Pharmaceutic Group which is a leading R&D driven pharmaceutical company that has been nationally ranked in China for many years. Simcere Innovation’s 26,349 square foot research and development lab, is the company’s first US location and will serve as it’s headquarters. The project is located within Cambridge Discovery park, a first-class office and research campus on Route 2 in Cambridge. The fit-out consists of BSL2 lab spaces, tissue culture rooms and an open office and reception area. The second floor area was designed by Wilson HGA Architects and AHA Engineers, and was built by John Moriarty Associates.
