Brian Murrihy
Project Executive
Brian is a senior-level manager with extensive experience delivering iconic real-estate developments and large-scale infrastructure projects that sustainably shape our built landscape, for the benefit of ownership, end users and community. He has a proven track record, leading teams to execute complex projects from several business perspectives including; contractor, engineering consultancy, owner/operator, and developer. He has operated in principal investor and owner’s representative roles, to achieve highest possible project outcomes by negotiating consultant/contractor bids/contracts, value engineering designs, managing project budgets/schedules, marketing new leasing opportunities and engaging with prospective tenants on bespoke fit-outs.
Brian’s range of project management experience is diverse; ranging from pre-development and entitlement, through construction and leasing. He has, for example, overseen programs to build high schools, colleges, healthcare centers, offices, laboratories, master-plan developments, high tech manufacturing facilities and research centers. In addition, Brian has built relationships with stakeholders in greater Boston communities, and local/state/federal government agencies in relation to permitting projects, and sourcing funding/tax incentives for infrastructure projects.
Brian holds an MEng from Imperial College London, and an MBA from the MIT Sloan School of Management. In his free time, he enjoys playing and coaching soccer, riding motorcycles, skiing and traveling.
