For the better part of the last decade, Chris has exclusively managed the delivery of capital improvement programs for both public and private sector clients in Rhode Island. In that time, he has established a proven track record of shepherding projects through local and State regulatory agencies, with a total value over $500M. Clients consistently praise Chris for his empathetic approach to stakeholder engagement and his passion for the projects he works on.

Prior to joining LeftField, Chris worked on horizontal infrastructure projects for several multi-national engineering firms and State agencies, including the Green Line Extension program in Boston Massachusetts, and the Purple Line in Maryland. His experience also includes historical preservation, municipal master planning, and Higher Education. Chris holds a M.Sc. in Program Management from Brandeis University and a B.Sc. in Political Science & American Government.

On weekends you can usually find Chris on some sort of adventure with his two young kids – they are on a mission to visit every playground in Rhode Island, with over 80 in the books so far!
