Dermot Roe brings more than 25 years of experience in construction project management, operations, and strategic leadership within the A/E/C industry. As Director of Operations at LeftField, Dermot is responsible for ensuring the firm delivers the highest quality standards of service for both employees and clients. He partners closely with the Principal and leadership team to oversee day-to-day operations, manage staff and resources, set company goals, and drive growth and profitability. His role also includes mentoring project managers, optimizing processes, fostering professional development, and ensuring seamless collaboration across teams.

Before joining LeftField, Dermot spent over two decades at a national project management firm where he served as Managing Director and National Construction Lead. There, he directed project and development services across multiple U.S. markets, delivering complex construction and development projects for clients in higher education, healthcare, commercial real estate, and nonprofit sectors. Notable projects under his leadership included new construction within the BioSquare complex, and large-scale tenant and campus developments for Harvard University and Stratus Computer.

Dermot is known for his strategic thinking, results-driven leadership, and deep expertise in construction best practices. He excels at process improvement, risk management, and client service, while fostering a culture of collaboration and professional growth within his teams. His ability to balance operational oversight with hands-on project engagement ensures that LeftField continues to thrive as a dynamic and growing project management firm.
