Ipek has more than 10 years of project management experience, successfully managing all stages of large-scale construction projects. From bidding to construction and close-out, Ipek provides seamless project management to ensure efficient and successful project delivery. As a result of working on a wide range of projects, including warehouse, laboratory, ground-up, and interior fit-out developments, Ipek has demonstrated expertise in design-build, scheduling, budgeting, MEP coordination, and stakeholder management.

Ipek has a thorough understanding of what is needed in every phase of construction, making her an asset to any project she is a part of. Her proactive and analytic nature lends itself well to mitigating project risks and identifying cost-saving opportunities while maintaining quality and performance standards.

Outside of work, Ipek enjoys being her daughters’ biggest cheerleader—whether it’s driving to after-school activities or helping with homework. She’s also a passionate advocate for supporting women in need. On weekends, you’ll often find her hosting family and friends for lively gatherings, or unwinding with a good yoga or barre class.
