In 2007, Jim launched LeftField. As principal of the firm, he enjoys playing an integral role in every project having acted on behalf of project owners for most of his professional career. Clearly understanding the roles and responsibilities of an owner’s representative, Jim instills these important elements in every LeftField employee: creating the foundation for an efficient project, maintaining focus on established goals, consistently developing solutions to minimize constraints, and building consensus among stakeholders in a collaborative fashion.

In his spare time, Jim stays young keeping up (or trying to, at any rate!) with his two kids. Being a dad keeps him grounded and helps him maintain perspective. It also sharpens his negotiating skills.
