Joe has 35 years of experience and is widely regarded as a master of facility and project management. His knowledge of public construction laws and regulations, combined with his OSHA and confined space training, enables him to guide clients in successfully completing complex construction projects while meeting all necessary requirements. Joe has proven his ability to find creative solutions that maximize the value for every dollar invested, regardless of the type of project, in a variety of industries, including airports, schools, museums, libraries, public safety buildings, EMS facilities, fire stations, and police stations. Moreover, Joe is a Massachusetts Certified Public Purchasing Official (MCPPO) and candidate for Building Inspector certification. He has the qualifications and expertise to provide top-notch OPM services while ensuring compliance with regulations governing public procurement in Massachusetts. Joe is an avid outdoorsman with a deep passion for nature and adventure. He holds a commercial lobster license, which allows him to engage in the rewarding and challenging work of lobstering. Whether on the water or enjoying other outdoor pursuits, He embraces a lifestyle that blends hard work, respect for nature, and a love for the environment. Joe resides on the South Shore with his wife of 35 years where they both enjoy time on the ocean in their lobster boat, Sully’s Girl.
