Kate brings over 15 years of project management and design experience specializing in Higher Education, K-12, Military Multi-Family, and Hospitality projects. She excels at her skills through active listening, problem-solving, creativity, and innovative thinking. In collaboration with architecture, engineering, and construction teams, she is able to successfully manage new construction and renovation building projects from concept to closeout.

Prior to joining LeftField, Kate worked for a national OPM firm where she managed projects of all different sizes and complexities, mainly in the independent school and K-12 markets.  There she ensured comprehensive project delivery while overseeing all aspects of the project, including fundraising, programming, design, construction, move management, and FF&E.  Prior to serving as an OPM, she spent almost 10 years working for a P3 development firm where she oversaw all aspects of building design through closeout on higher education project portfolios up to $500M.

When Kate doesn’t have her boots on the ground working on projects, she enjoys hiking and backpacking, and spending time with her two children Emma and Dean.
