Kevin Sullivan is an experienced Project Executive with over 16 years of public and private construction management and oversight. With a Master’s degree in Management, he has led over 100+ projects including K-12 schools, Higher Ed., Public Safety, Town Halls, DPW’s, Regional 911 Stations, and more.
Prior to joining the OPM world, Kevin started off at the Massachusetts School Building Authority serving as Project Manager and specializing in K-12 school projects. During his 14 years at the “MSBA”, Kevin was responsible for overseeing the successful completion of more than $1.5 billion in public school construction across the Commonwealth, as a representative of the state agency. He has extensive experience with both accelerated repair as well as comprehensive renovation/addition and new construction projects. Having had the opportunity to work in over 100 communities within the Commonwealth, Kevin takes pride in his ability to communicate effectively and build long-lasting relationships.
Outside of work, Kevin enjoys spending time with his family including cookouts, hiking, kayaking and most recently teaching his son to play wiffleball. Kevin has played the piano for the past ten years and has a passion for all music, especially music from the late 1950’s and 1960s, including Motown and the British Invasion period. And from 2015-2020 Kevin dabbled in real estate investing and purchased, renovated and then sold a few houses. Although he has since stepped back from flipping houses to focus on family and work, he loves sharing his experiences from those exciting projects.
