Mike is a seasoned operations executive with over 15 years of high-impact experience leading large-scale teams, streamlining logistics, and driving business performance across the commercial retail, technology, finance, and education sectors.

Most recently, Mike served as an Operations Area Manager II at Amazon, where he led a team of more than 75 employees and collaborated cross-functionally with departments including Safety, Engineering, Human Resources, and Quality Assurance to exceed key performance targets. His responsibilities encompassed workforce optimization, full-cycle project execution, regulatory compliance, and the successful launch of a 4-million-square-foot Amazon Robotics (AR) facility in Rhode Island.

Outside of work, Mike enjoys spending quality time with his wife and two young sons. He’s also an avid golfer and appreciates visiting local breweries and vineyards with family and friends.
