Steve is a results-driven construction professional with more than 30 years of hands-on experience delivering fast-tracked, complex, high-quality, on-time projects of all sizes nationwide. He brings consistency and predictable results as a Site Representative, and applies a structured process from project inception, through final total project budgeting, accurate total project schedules, thorough scopes of work and contracts, disciplined management, through quality control, ensuring the entire project is predictable and the Owner has maximum leverage from start to finish.

Prior to joining LeftField, Steve founded and led a construction consulting firm delivering commercial, retail education, fortune 500 business office, data center, utility, Industrial, multi-family and high-end residential, marine sectors, and began his career as a project controls engineer in the nuclear sector. He oversaw the full project life cycle, including MEP design and commissioning, energy efficiency evaluations and assessments, risk assessment, utility negotiations, design reviews, budgeting, bidding, value engineering, scope preparations, contract negotiation, pre-construction due-diligence, and permitting.

Steve enjoys family, sailing, skiing, genealogy, and spending time in his gardens where his latest interest is collecting roses and hardy orchids that thrive in New Hampshire.
