LeftField was hired to manage the Planning, Design, and Construction of the two-phase project. The first phase, completed in 2014, included a $2 million turf field and track. The second phase included a new 6,000 square foot fieldhouse, giving the existing facility new locker rooms, bathrooms, coach and referee rooms. Parking and a new handicap-accessible press box were also included.

The project also factored in technology upgrades for both team coordination and training, security improvements, more efficient lighting, solar power, heating and cooling systems, and three electric vehicle charging stations.
