Satellite Bio hired LeftField to manage and oversee their fit-out at 580 Pleasant Street in Watertown, Massachusetts. The building was repositioned by Griffiths Properties and converted to support life science tenants. The project team consisted of Vivo Architecture and BW Kennedy who performed the job with design-build subcontractors for the MEP trades. 

The space consists of a 50/50 lab to office ratio with an open office plan.  Within the lab envelope, and critical to Satellite’s operation, is a cGMP suite designed to support their scale up production. LeftField supported Satellite through the design and construction process as well as commissioning and validation of their cGMP cleanroom spaces.
