In an effort to address space constraints at East Greenwich High School, a new addition and renovations are planned as part of the District Wide Improvement Program. Major renovations will take place to reconfigure the (2) gymnasiums, and locker rooms providing needed way-finding through the space and updating how locker rooms currently function. New mechanical systems will be added to the auditorium. The arts suite will be relocated and renovated. The new addition will house the Life Skills program. This new addition will feature a dedicated entrance and direct exterior access. This suite will remain adjacent to the remaining programs for easy integration of all students. This addition will add multiple new classrooms to the building and ease the overcrowding issues the school currently faces
