LeftField and CDR Maquire were selected as the OPM for the new 3-story, 130,000 sf middle school on the site of the existing Morton School in Fall River, MA.

The project included a new state-of-the-art auditorium, cafeteria, gymnasium, and TV studio. A second phase of the project provided parking for the new Middle School by demolishing the existing Carroll School and constructing a parking lot.

This project won Mass CHPS Gold Project for Sustainability.
