LeftField was selected to support the planning, design, and construction of Salem State's LEED Gold, 39,000 sf fitness center.

The project consisted of renovations to the existing O'Keefe Fitness Center, which included a 3rd floor addition, as well as a new 2 story building connected to the center, named Gassett Fitness Center.

The addition included a new main entrance for the O’Keefe Center complex, anchored by a large glass atrium providing a new enclosed entry for future sporting events.
